The Human Resources Department of Anadolu Medical Center implements human resources management applications. The department is established to contribute to the individual and professional development of our personnel from the day on which they are first recruited, to stand by them when they are in need and to find solutions to their problems. The Human Resources Department cooperates with our personnel with the purpose of creating the best working environment possible.

OUR HUMAN RESOURCES PRACTICES

Workforce Planning System and Employee Selection: The management of Anadolu Medical Center draws up its workforce plans at the beginning of each year and establishes prospective vacancies. Any vacant positions determined and budgeted for in Workforce Plans are first and foremost proposed to suitable people employed by the organization and the Group companies. In cases when a vacancy could not be filled by in-house personnel, then outside resources are resorted. A curriculum vitae pool is created by using various outside resources. Suitable candidates are invited to interviews one by one and decided upon following the joint decision of the related unit managers and the Human Resources.

Performance Management System: The purpose of the Performance Management System is to constantly enhance the organizational structure, systems and employees of Anadolu Medical Center . Data obtained by using the Performance Management System constitute the basic sources for the implementation of Human Resources systems and the organization of employee-oriented plans and activities.

Career Management System: Employees are guided on the basis of their performance points determined as a result of performance evaluations. The careers of those individuals are planned in line with the said guidance decisions.

Wage Management System: Appropriate wage scales are drawn up on the basis of market wage researches and the particular employee's position, qualities and work experience. The entire wage movements of the employees are to be made on the basis of those scales.

Training System: As a productivity-improving factor in all work undertaken by Anadolu Medical Center, training is considered to be necessary and useful for employees of all levels. On-site training, external training, individual or collective training programs are organized and implemented each year.

SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES

Meals: Lunch is available for all of our employees in our own restaurant. Those working in shifts also enjoy dinners, night dinners and breakfast.

Service Buses: Our employees are allowed to make use of service buses while commuting to and from various districts.

Health: Our employees are also allowed to benefit from the group health insurance by paying their premiums themselves. Furthermore, a workplace physician is employed by our company. Our employees and their immediate relations are entitled to discounts on the services of our hospital.
