Türkan Özilhan Tacir

CEO / General Director

Ms. Özilhan graduated from Oglethorpe University in 1996. She worked at Anadolu Holding as Financial Affairs Assistant Specialist from 1996 to 1998 and as Human Resources Specialist from 1998 to 2000. She then went on to serve as Continuity of Care Services Supervisor at Anadolu Medical Center in 2004, Patient Services Manager at Anadolu Medical Center from 2004 to 2007, Director of Logistic Services at Anadolu Medical Center from 2007 to 2011, and Director of Administrative Services at Anadolu Medical Center from 2011 to July 01, 2014. Ms. Türkan Özilhan Tacir has been serving as chief executive officer at Anadolu Medical Center since July 2014.

Prof. Dr. N. Yalçın İlker

Medical Services Director

Prof. Dr. N.Yalçın İlker was born in Ankara on September 24, 1956. He studied at the TED Ankara College for his middle school and high school education between 1967 and 1974. He graduated from 19 Mayıs University Medical School in Samsun in 1980. He completed his specialty training in medicine at Hacettepe University in the Department of Urology in 1984. He then served as an Associate Professor of Urology in the Urology Department of Marmara University between 1989 and 1994 and as a Professor of Urology after 1994. Before joining our Group, Mr. Nazmi Yalçın İlker served as Head of Department of Andrology in Marmara University between 1995 and 2003; as a member in the Pre-Graduation Education Research and Planning Commission of Marmara University between 1998 and 2001; as a Coordinator-Manager of the Medical School Foundation of Marmara University between 1995 - 2000 and 2002 – 2004. He served as the Director of Surgical Sciences at Marmara University from 2000 to 2004. He served as a specialist physician at the Medical Services Department of Anadolu Medical Center between December 1, 2004 and November 01, 2012. Serving as the Medical Services Director at Anadolu Medical Center as of November 01, 2012, Prof. Dr. Nazmi Yalçın İlker is married and has two children.

Elif Akbal

Chief Nursing Officer

Elif Akbal was born in Kahramanmaraş on July 15, 1961. She completed her high-school education at Private Çamlıca High School in 1979 She graduated from Hacettepe University School of Nursing in 1984. She then received her Master’s Degree in the Department of Hospitals and Health Organizations Management at the Social Sciences Institute of Istanbul University in 2000. Before joining the group, Akbal worked as a staff nurse in General Surgery Unit at Akış Hospital in Ankara from 1984 to 1985; staff nurse at Topkapı Hospital in Mersin from 1985 to 1986; Charge Nurse at Topkapı Hospital from 1986 to 1988; Assistant Director at the Cardiology Institute of Istanbul University from 1988 to 1994; Chief Nursing Officer at Florence Nightingale Hospital-Turkish Cardiology Foundation from 1994 to 1999; Lecturer at Florence Nightingale Hospital Nursing School from 1996 to 1998; Consultant at Baykent Health and Education Foundation from 2000 to 2001; Chief Nursing Officer at the Private Swiss hospital from January 2001 to April 2005; and as the Chief Nursing Officer at Yeditepe University Hospital from April 2005 to December 2011. Serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Anadolu Medical Center as of April 08, 2013 Elif Akbal is married and has one child.

Aslı Akyavaş

Director of International Services

Ms. Akyavaş graduated from Bosporus University, Department of International Relations in 1996. She completed a certificate program in Marketing at the University of California in 2002. Between 1996 and 2001, she worked as International Advertising and Product Manager at Arçelik; as Marketing Director at Ricline Textiles between 2002 and 2004. She worked at Anadolu Medical Center as International Services Supervisor between August 1, 2005 and January 1, 2007 and as International Services Manager between January 1, 2007 and April 1, 2010. Ms. Akyavaş has been serving as Director of International Services at Anadolu Medical Center since April 2010.

Timuçin Yurdanur

Director of Financial Affairs

Mr. Yurdanur graduated from the Department of Economics at Middle East Technical University in 1997. He completed the Executive MBA program at Koç University in 2004. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Timuçin Yurdanur started working as Financial Control Specialist at the Office of Financial Affairs at Anadolu Industry Holding in 1997 and continued to work there as a Financial Controller after 2001. Mr. Yurdanur became Financial Control Manager at Anadolu Medical Center in 2005 and he has been serving as Director of Financial Affairs since January 2010.

Burak Uzkan

Information Systems Director

Mr. Uzkan graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1993. He completed MBA program in Bilkent University in 1995. He worked as a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager in Elimko from 1995 to 1996, and as a Business Solutions Supervisor between 1996 and 2004. Mr. Uzkan worked as Information Systems Manager at Anadolu Medical Center from 2004 to 01.07.2014. He has been serving as the Information Systems Director since July 1, 2014.

Dr. Özgür Devrim Kılıç

Deputy Chief Medical Officer / Physician-in-Chief - Managing Director

Dr. Özgür Devrim Kılıç completed the Ondokuz Mayıs University Medical School in 1996, and master’s programme in health management at the Okan University in 2012. He worked at his own institutions between 1997 and 2010. After 2010, he worked as the manager at Pendik Şifa Hospital, Istanbul Bölge Hospital, Medicalpark Göztepe Hospital and Memorial Ataşehir Hospital. Dr. Kılıç joined Anadolu Medical Center in 2014 as physician in charge of a floor within the Medical Services Department. He has been serving as Deputy Chief Medical Officer / Physician in Chief – Managing Director since January 1, 2016.
